The Kitchen

Carob is a collective Farm-to-Kitchen food hub concept.

And while The Farm resides in the rural outskirts of Madaba, The Kitchen is located right at the center of town.

The idea here is to demonstrate an optimal model of a local food hub whereas clean and nutritious food comes in from surrounding farmlands—as opposed to distant central markets.

To do so, we have dedicated a special venue at the heart of town, featuring an equipped open kitchen, communal dining space, a garden and a food shop.
